My process for examining a client's culture provides an outside perspective on the actual Operational Culture of their organization: what’s important, what’s rewarded and punished, what the rules are, and how people “show up”. When compared to the culture imagined or desired by Leaders, areas for both strengthening and improving their Culture can be implemented.
A Cultural Audit can help clients determine the Values, Themes, and Issues operating in their Culture, and identify how the current Culture is supporting or obstructing their Strategy, Goals, and ultimately, their Success.
